We are excited to announce our next G3CA event which will be a Lunch and Learn. It will be held at Smokey Bones in North Charleston on Thursday, April 11, from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM. Lunch and Learn events are a great way to share and hear best practice and bench marking information from your fellow contact center peers. As the economy is improving, retention could be trending down and it’s as important as ever to ensure the right people get and stay on your team. So, let’s chat about how to attract and retain top talent!
As we experienced at last July’s event, Lunch and Learn events are a great opportunity to build and strengthen relationships with your peers in our industry. The atmosphere is intended to be a casual one with candid sharing of ideas, best practices and insights.To cover the cost of lunch for each attendee there will be a $15 flat charge, payable at the door.
