Our Mission
The Greater Charleston Call Center Alliance is a member organization whose mission is to advance the call center industry in the greater Charleston, SC area.
This is accomplished by providing opportunities for members to network, share best practices and attend learning events, and creating opportunities to show the positive impact the call center industry has on the local community, culture, and economy .
