Making the Transition from Employee to Manager.

Many of us have gone through this change as first-time Managers, and we are excited to have Managers from our local Contact Centers in our panel discussion to share best practices.

The March Membership meeting of the G3CA will be on Thursday, March 8, 2012 from 8:30AM – 10:30AM @ the Trident One Stop in North Charleston (details below).  

 Members are encouraged to bring a guest for FREE to this meeting.  Since many of us likely have new Managers in our centers, this might be great learning opportunity for them!  Looking forward to seeing you next week!
