Membership benefits of the Greater Charleston Call Center Alliance include:

There are three types of Individual Membership (please note that it is not an organizational membership)
Principle Member ($150.00 per year)
A Principle Member of the Alliance is an individual whose primary function is in the call center industry. Each Principle Member is entitled to one vote. No more than one person from any organization may be a Principle Member.
Principle Member Plus 3 ($200.00 per year) A Principle Member Plus 3 of the Alliance provides all the same benefits of the Principle Member with the addition of 3 associate memberships (normally $50.00 per year each). This allows an organization the flexibility of having three additional attendees at member events without necessarily bering the same 3 individuals and save $100.00 over purchasing the memberships separately.
Affiliate Member
An Affiliate Member of the Alliance is an individual whose business provides goods or services or is otherwise related to the call center industry but does not qualify for membership as a Principle Member. Each Affiliate Member is entitled to one vote and all membership benefits. No more than one person from any organization may be an Affiliate Member.Associate Member
An Associate Member of the Alliance is an individual that is associated with and designated by a Principle Member or Affiliate Member. Each Associate Member is entitled to all membership benefits except voting privileges. There are no restrictions on the number of Associate Members except for substitutions. Ask the Principle or Affiliate Member for your organization to register you today to become an Associate Member.
